I have some exciting new you guys! Next week Elycia and I will be co-hosting a really fun craft night live on UStream. Together we'll show you how to make this flipping adorable camera plush. I'm so stoked!
We'll be releasing the downloadable pattern next week but in the meantime we thought you might light to track down all of the necessary supplies. Here's what you'll need:
3 pieces of black felt
1 piece of blue felt
1 small piece of grey felt (must be able to cut a 2.5 inch diameter circle out of it)
1 small piece of white felt
2 buttons approximately 1 inch in diameter (for top of camera)
1 button approximately 1/2 inch in diameter (for front of camera)
Coordinating colours of embroidery thread
Sewing needle
Straight pins
Sewing machine (optional)
Of course you don't have to go with those colours. Wild, multi-coloured cameras of all kinds will be welcomed with open arms. I might even go with an unexpected combo myself.
